It is with sadness that Sonikmatter has learned of the passing of a legend of electronic music world. Bob Moog passed away on the 21st of August 2005 after a fight with brain cancer.
Bob Moog's contributions to synthesis will never be forgotten. From the humble Minimoog to the monstrous Moog Modulars and his more recent innovations, most musicians and synthesists either value their Moogs, or wish that they had one of Bob's synths in their studio.
