The American Arbitrators Association in California has ruled in favor of Young Chang and Kurzweil with regards to the distribution of Young Chang, Weber, and Kurzweil musical instruments in North America. There has been ongoing litigation between Kurzweil and Samick over this issue. Young Chang Korea is still for sale, but we're hoping that a light can be seen at the end of the tunnel.
