Kurzweil:Operating Modes

The K2 series has 8 different operating modes. By default is starts up in Program Mode which is where a single MIDI voice can be assigned and played, along with the Effects assigned to that sound.

Program Mode is actually a subset of the Setup Mode, which is where 8 Channels can be controlled, along with grooves and Effects.

The grooves are really triggered Sequences from the Song Mode.

Other operating modes include Quick Access Mode (or QA Mode), Master Mode, MIDI Mode, Effects Mode and finally Disk Mode
