Kurzweil:Two-pole Highpass
From Sonikmatter
The Two-pole Highpass filter is very similar to the one-pole Highpass filter, except, being a two pole filter, the rolloff is steeper at 12 dB/Octave. This filter will attenuate lower frequency's more than the single pole version of this filter.
This filter is a single block filter, and is useful to removing low frequency content from sounds. The cutoff frequency can be controlled in real time. This filter is not set to resonate at the cutoff frequency, and will sound similar to the One-pole Highpass filter with the cutoff frequency set one octave higher than the Two-pole Highpass filter.
