Studio Connections

Studio Connections is an open standard developed by Yamaha to enhance the integration of hardware modules into a software environment.
The Studio Connections website provides free downloads of the Studio Connections host and the Generic Total Recall Component (GTRC).
GTRC is a Studio Connections Component that supports SYSEX patch dumps (and dumps of other supported objects) for most hardware devices that support SYSEX.
Specific hardware devices can be supported by downloading and installing the relevant modules. Some modules are available from the Studio Connections Website, but there is currently no repository for third party devlopers.
This page strives to fulfil that role until Yamaha provides an official repository.
Developers and Users are encouraged to add links to GTRC modules and other Studio Connections Components, to this page.
